      Our team tries to process your orders as quickly as possible. Processing time usually takes an additional 1-3 days.
      Our free tracked worldwide shipping service does not include local import duties and/or customs charges within the country of destination. Please be aware of your local regulations :)

       

      What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept PayPal, debit, and credit card. We accept debit and credit cards via PayPal. To pay with debit/credit card:

      1. After you finished adding to cart the items you want to order, just click the Checkout Button
      2. Fill in your shipping address
      3. Click Continue to Shipping Method Button
      4. Click Continue to Payment Method Button
      5. Click Complete Order Button
      6. On PayPal's website, click Pay with Debit or Credit Card Button
      7. Fill in your credit card details
      8. Click Pay Now Button

       

      Has my order been shipped?

      You will receive an automatic email notification when we have shipped your order.

       

      Can I cancel my order?

      If we have shipped your order, unfortunately you cannot cancel and ask for a refund. But if we have not shipped items in your order, we will give you a refund after deducting 10% of your order value as payment processing fee.

       

      What if I want to return the items and get a refund?

      Oh no! We're very sorry that you're not satisfied with the product. Your shopping experience here at Store is very important and should be a pleasant one. This is why you can make a return within 30 days of receiving. The product should still be unused.

      Just email us your order #number, full name, and reason for return at care@otriostationery.com. Please also attach a picture of the outer packaging containing your tracking number. We will reply quickly, and please note that shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

       

      My order has not arrived, what should I do?

      Don't worry, all items that have not arrived within 90 days since the time you order qualify for our reship guarantee. Alternatively, you can request for a refund.
